Enchanted Dreams Stocks– Full Stock Policy & Rules

By downloading and storing my stocks you are agreeing to Rules and Policy on Stock Usage.



1. Kindly the stock you use and download.


2. You may use my stocks for manipulations, as a reference for a painting, layout for CSS, website, retouching for practice, etc. Anything artistic and up to your imagination. Using stocks for school, university, college and other study projects are allowed.


3. You may use my stocks for art

On deviantART and

Off deviantART (i.e. for display on your personal website, etc.)


However, deviantART is preferable since I can favourate your works and add them to my collection, while that would be impossible off dA. If you use my stocks off deviantArt, you are required likewise to credit Stocks and contact me.


4. When using my stocks, kindly give

Credit (kindly make sure that the links work if you are not crediting on the image itself) and

Link back to the original stock/s you used in your work so that others may view the stock if interested.e


Make sure to either

Note me with the thumb/link to the deviation or

Post a comment on the used stock/s with the link to the deviation.

When contacting me, notes are more preferable, though, but I leave it to your liking how to notify me.

Please, refrain from contacting me via e-mail or via my main account : I do not check my e-mail as often as I do deviantArt and I may easily overlook your message. Also, my main account is not for stock matters. Try to keep it to dA only and to .

Note: Credit (i.e. referring to whom the stock belongs) can be given either by

quoting the Stock's icon >> by writing : iconEnchanted-Dreams : but without the spaces, or by

quoting the text >> Enchanted-Dreams by writing : devEnchanted-Dreams : without the spaces inside also, or by

Quoting Enchanted Dreams Stock by putting it on the finished image.

You may use another way of quoting as long as it clearly credits Enchanted Dreams Stocks.

When I get your message I will go see your creation as soon as I can and, naturally, I will it.


5. I allow commercial use, but you must contact me in this case to discuss details.


6. dA artists have the exclusive permission to make prints and related with my stocks at deviantArt only. But you must contact me for any commercial off-dA use of my stocks. Also, retouching my stocks does NOT qualify for prints.


7. Kindly be prepared that I may ask you for the un-watermarked (reasonably small watermarks are okay. though) copy of the finished deviation for my private offline collection and safe-keeping. ^^


8. You may NOT

Distribute my stocks as your own images or

Claim them as your own.

Note: is the sole and only place on the whole Internet where I post my stocks. If you see them available anywhere else, then they are 100 % stolen and ripped. Feel free to report them at once.


9. You may use my stocks to create stocks, but you must credit me and link back to the originals as stated above and they should not be mere image enhancements.


10. You may use my stocks for retouching practice, and you may post them in your own galleries. But you are prohibited from making prints out of them. However, if you wish to use the retouched images for commercial use, contact me to negotiate.


11. You are strictly prohibited from using my stocks for anything

Pornographic

Racist

Morally offensive

Offensive to cultures, religions, etc.

In addition to that, you are prohibited from using my stock if there is/are a stolen image/s in the final deviation besides my own. Please respect copyrights.


12. You may use my stocks for the erotic category, but within deviantART policies on said issue. Make sure it does not cross the boundary of pornography.
